Leveraged Buyout (LBO)

The acquisition of another company using a significant amount of borrowed money (bonds or loans) to meet the cost of acquisition.

Lane, George C

George Lane (1939 - July 7, 2004) was a trader, author, educator, speaker and technical analyst. He is widely acknowledged for developing and popularising the stochastic oscillator, which is one of the core indicators in use today among technical analysts.
